Our wiper blades are very easy to install. For most of our windscreen wiper replacements, you’ll find detailed installation guides on the product page that matches your car make & model. Simply search for your vehicle on our site and refer to the ‘Installation Instructions’ section. We will also email you an instructional guide after you place your order.
If you’re having trouble installing your replacement wiper blades, feel free to reach out to us, and one of our wiper blade experts will assist you through the process.

If you place your order before 12pm, it will likely be dispatched the same business day (excluding peak periods like Christmas or Cyber Week). Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day.
For faster service, we recommend choosing Express Delivery at checkout, as it receives priority processing in our warehouse.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by another email with tracking details from our delivery partner.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. At checkout, we offer two delivery options with the following estimated timeframes:
Regular Delivery: 2-7 business days
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
Please note that these times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the time of year. During peak periods, such as Christmas and New Year’s, delivery may take longer.
For customers in regional areas, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for Regular Delivery and 1-2 business days for Express Delivery.

We’ve invested significant time and effort to ensure our windscreen wipers fit the specified vehicle perfectly. If you’ve purchased a set of wipers for your vehicle and they don’t fit, we’ll send you a replacement set free of charge, and we’ll cover the cost of returning the original set via regular post.
What Our Fitment Guarantee Covers
Our fitment guarantee applies if you’ve correctly selected your vehicle from our store and the wiper blades do not fit as expected. This includes issues like the wipers touching your window frame or the connector not matching your vehicle’s connector.
What Our Fitment Guarantee Does Not Cover
The guarantee does not apply to incorrect vehicle selections from our compatibility finder or search. In such cases, you will need to return the blades for a refund or replacement.
Some blades may be slightly shorter or longer than your vehicle’s factory-installed wipers. This variation won’t affect the performance or functionality of your wipers.
Please note that the fitment guarantee does not cover personally imported vehicles. It only applies to vehicles specifically designed for the Australian market.
What to Do If Your Wipers Don’t Fit
If your wiper blades don’t fit, please contact us using the form below, and provide your vehicle’s make, model, year, and body type. We may also request photos of the wipers on your vehicle and the wipers we sent you. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement.

What is covered
Only windscreen wipers from our store are covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover any “accessories” or “additives” listed on our site
What is not covered
The warranty will not cover damage to the wiper blades from incorrect installation or installing the wipers on the incorrect vehicle.
We are not liable for any damage to a vehicle or injury to a person related to the installation or use of the products purchased from Wipers Direct. An example of this would be windscreen damage to a vehicle from use.
Who can claim
The warranty only extends to the original purchaser of the product from our site. The warranty is not transferable to additional or new owners of your vehicle.
How long is the warranty period
The warranty period starts from the date and time the order was placed via our website and lasts a total of 365 days from this date.
How to claim
Please contact us and outline the issue you are having with the product. We require proof of purchase and evidence of the product defect (during the warranty period).
Replacement or refund
Depending on our stock levels, product availability and circumstance, we will either provide you with a refund (excluding original postage costs) or a replacement product.
