If you are not happy with how your wiper blades are performing within 90 days from purchase date, you may return them for a full refund. Wipers Direct will not cover the return postage costs, however we will refund the full cost of your order including any delivery fees associated with your order. The 90 Day Test Drive does not cover any accessories, consumables, fluids or liquids sold by Wipers Direct. You may not claim more than 1 90 Day Test Drives within the period of 365 days.
We have put a great deal of time and effort ensuring that our windscreen wipers will fit the vehicle specified. If you have purchased a set of windscreen wipers for your vehicle and they do not fit, we will send you out a replacement set FREE of charge (we will pay for the old pair to be returned back via standard post if required).
The Perfect Fitment Guarantee will cover you if you have selected your vehicle correctly from our store and the windscreen wiper blades do not fit as they should. Meaning, the wipers are contacting your window frame or the connector isn’t matching the connector on your vehicle. There may be a slight size difference compared to your original wiper blades, however this will not affect performance of your wiper blades.
The Perfect Fitment Guarantee will not cover an incorrect selection from our compatibility finder or search. We are unfortunately not able to cover this and will require you to return the blades back to us for a refund or a replacement. We will not be able to refund the initial postage costs to you (calculated at $8.95 if FREE delivery is included with your order).
Some of our blades may be slightly shorter or longer than the factory blades on your vehicle. This is due to a number of reasons however, this should not cause any issues with your wipers or functionality. The difference in length will not be more than a few centimetres.
Our Perfect Fitment Guarantee does not cover personally imported vehicles into Australia. It only covers vehicles that have been sold by a main dealer or intended for distribution in the Australian market. This is because different countries occasionally use a different wiper arm.
We reserve the right to offer you either a refund or replacement based on circumstance, product availability and individual customer.
A refund or replacement will not be released until we have received the original blades back to our warehouse for inspection so please keep your return tracking details so you can monitor the returned product. You should receive a refund within business days of your arriving at our warehouse.
A refund or replacement will be given if your windscreen wipers have been damaged or lost in transit. We will not however provide a refund if you selected ATL delivery and the parcel has been stolen or dropped at the wrong location. We reserve the right to either offer you a refund or a replacement depending on circumstance, product availability and customer.
If you believe your item is lost or has been damaged in transit, please Contact Us and we will begin the process of locating the lost parcel or replacing the damaged product.
Please allow a few days for your new wipers to correctly form to your window before contacting us about performance.
Wipers Direct will not cover a replacement or refund if you use a wiper blade additive unless sold or approved by Wipers Direct. Some of these additives can be harmful to the wiper blade and cause issues with performance over time.
