We support our replacement wipers at Wipers Direct. This is why we offer all of our customers a 1 Year Warranty on all replacement wiper blades. The details of this warranty are listed below. Please review this information and our Terms & Conditions before proceeding to make a warranty claim.
Only windscreen wipers from our store are covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover any “accessories” or “washer additives” listed on our site.
The warranty will not cover damage to the wiper blades from incorrect installation or installing the wipers on the incorrect vehicle.
We are not liable for any damage to a vehicle or injury to a person related to the installation or use of the products purchased from Wipers Direct. An example of this would be windscreen damage to a vehicle from use.
The warranty only extends to the original purchaser of the product from our site. The warranty is not transferable to additional or new owners of your vehicle.
The warranty period starts from the date and time the order was placed via our website and lasts a total of 1 Year from this date.
Please Contact Us via our website and outline the issue you are having with the product. We require proof of purchase and evidence of the product defect (during the warranty period). We may ask you for photos or videos of the issue.
Depending on our stock levels, product availability and circumstance, we will either provide you with a refund (excluding original postage costs) or a replacement product.

Using any washer fluid additives or chemicals not sold or approved by Wipers Direct will void your product warranty. Chemicals or washer fluid additives can cause premature wear/damage to your wiper blade and reduce performance. Wipers Direct recommends using a mild soap solution in your washer fluid bottle or an approved additive sold on the Wipers Direct website.
