By shopping with Wipers Direct your brand new set of windscreen wipers will be sent to you as quickly as possible. All of our parcels are sent with tracking so you’ll be updated on the progress of your order as it progresses.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE on all Australian orders

If you want your orders to arrive faster, Express Delivery is available at an additional $9.95 on checkout.

When will my wipers be dispatched?

If you order before 12pm your order will be sent the same business day (during non peak time) however if you order after 12pm, your order will be sent the next business day. We do not guarantee dispatch times, these are a best case scenario and we aim to send your order out ASAP.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery differs depending on your location and the delivery option selected on checkout. However as a guide, you can view the timeframes below:

FREE Delivery: 2-7 business days

Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

These delivery times are only an estimate and delivery time depends on your location and the time of year. During peak periods such as Christmas & New Years, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

If you’re located in a regional zone, please add an extra 3-5 business days to the Regular Delivery option and 1-2 business days to the Express Delivery option.

Who do you deliver using?

We only deliver with Australia Post and all of our orders are sent with tracking.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, we do not offer collection at this time.

If you require your order quickly, we suggest opting in for our Express Postage option.

Do you ship internationally?

If you are desperate for a product, feel free to Contact Us and we can provide you with an international delivery quote.

My order has not arrived

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please Contact Us and we will investigate for you. If your order is lost or damaged, we will send out a refund or a replacement. Please see our Returns page for more information. 

How are your products sent?

Our windscreen wipers are sent in a durable recyclable box that is designed not to flex, ensuring your wipers will be received in perfect condition.

Other accessories from our store are either sent in a padded mailer, box or satchel.
