What is covered
Only windscreen wipers from our store are covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover any “accessories” or “additives” listed on our site
What is not covered
The warranty will not cover damage to the wiper blades from incorrect installation or installing the wipers on the incorrect vehicle.
We are not liable for any damage to a vehicle or injury to a person related to the installation or use of the products purchased from Wipers Direct. An example of this would be windscreen damage to a vehicle from use.
Who can claim
The warranty only extends to the original purchaser of the product from our site. The warranty is not transferable to additional or new owners of your vehicle.
How long is the warranty period
The warranty period starts from the date and time the order was placed via our website and lasts a total of 365 days from this date.
How to claim
Please contact us and outline the issue you are having with the product. We require proof of purchase and evidence of the product defect (during the warranty period).
Replacement or refund
Depending on our stock levels, product availability and circumstance, we will either provide you with a refund (excluding original postage costs) or a replacement product.
