If you order before 12pm, chances are your order will be sent the same business day (during non peak time like Christmas or Cyber Week). If you order after 12pm your order will be dispatched next business day.

Express Delivery receives priority picking & dispatch in the warehouse so if you need your order quick, we recommend opting for Express Delivery on checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and shortly after another email with tracking information from the delivery partner.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We offer two options for delivery on checkout, the delivery times are outlined below:

Regular Delivery: 2-7 business days

Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

These delivery times are only an estimate and delivery time depends on your location and the time of year. During peak periods such as Christmas & New Years, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

If you’re located in a regional zone, please add an extra 3-5 business days to the Regular Delivery option and 1-2 business days to the Express Delivery option.

Who we deliver with

We send all of our wiper orders out via Australia Post. All orders are sent with complete tracking.

We have put a great deal of time and effort ensuring that our windscreen wipers will fit the vehicle specified. If you have purchased a set of windscreen wipers for your vehicle and they do not fit, we will send you out a replacement set free of charge (we will pay for the old pair to be returned back via regular post).

What does the fitment guarantee cover

The fitment guarantee will cover you if you have selected your vehicle correctly from our store and the windscreen wiper blades do not fit as they should. Meaning, the wipers are contacting your window frame or the connector isn’t matching the connector on your vehicle.

What does the fitment guarantee not cover

The fitment guarantee will not cover an incorrect selection from our compatibility finder or search. We are unfortunately not able to cover this and will require you to send the blades back to us for a refund or a replacement.

Some of our blades may be slightly shorter or longer than the factory blades on your vehicle. This is due to a number of reasons however, this will not cause any issues with your wipers or functionality.

Our fitment guarantee does not cover personally imported vehicles into Australia. It only covers vehicles that have been specifically designed for sale in Australia.

What to do if your wiper does not fit

Please contact us via the contact form below and include your full vehicle make, model, year and body type. We’ll most likely ask for a photo of the wipers on your vehicle and the wipers we sent you. Once confirmed, we will process a replacement for you.

What is covered

Only windscreen wipers from our store are covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover any “accessories” or “additives” listed on our site

What is not covered

The warranty will not cover damage to the wiper blades from incorrect installation or installing the wipers on the incorrect vehicle.

We are not liable for any damage to a vehicle or injury to a person related to the installation or use of the products purchased from Wipers Direct. An example of this would be windscreen damage to a vehicle from use.

Who can claim

The warranty only extends to the original purchaser of the product from our site. The warranty is not transferable to additional or new owners of your vehicle.

How long is the warranty period

The warranty period starts from the date and time the order was placed via our website and lasts a total of 365 days from this date.

How to claim

Please contact us and outline the issue you are having with the product. We require proof of purchase and evidence of the product defect (during the warranty period).

Replacement or refund

Depending on our stock levels, product availability and circumstance, we will either provide you with a refund (excluding original postage costs) or a replacement product.

Yes you can! At Wipers Direct, we know replacement wiper blades. We have a team of windscreen wiper compatibility experts continually building out our replacement wiper compatibility. If your vehicle isn’t listed on our website, most likely we can easily put a kit together for you.
