Absolutely, we’re here to make it easy.
Our wiper blades are designed for quick, DIY installation. For most vehicles, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on the product page that matches your car.
Just search for your vehicle on our website.
Scroll to the ‘Installation Instructions’ section on the product page.
You’ll also receive the instructions by email after you place your order, so you’ll have them ready when the blades arrive.
If you’re having trouble or want extra help, just get in touch and one of our wiper experts will walk you through it.
We’re here to help, every step of the way.
If you place your order before 12pm (AEST) on a business day, we’ll aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are usually sent the next business day.
To speed things up, we recommend selecting Express Delivery at checkout, it gets priority handling in our warehouse.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email, and
A separate email with your tracking details from our delivery partner.
We always do our best to send orders on time, but during busy periods (like Christmas or major sales), there may be delays outside our control.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. At checkout, you’ll have two delivery options:

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Regional areas:
Allow an extra 3-5 business days for Regular Delivery

Who we ship with:
We ship all orders via Australia Post and trusted courier partners.
You’ll receive full tracking updates via email and SMS, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

We’ve put a lot of effort into making sure our wipers fit your vehicle perfectly. But if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.
Our Fitment Guarantee
If you selected your vehicle correctly on our site and the wipers don’t fit as expected (e.g. the connector doesn’t match, or the blades hit the window frame), we’ll:
Send you a replacement set free of charge
Cover the return postage for the incorrect set
What’s not covered
Our guarantee doesn’t apply if:
The wrong vehicle was selected during checkout
Your vehicle is a personal import not designed for the Australian market
In these cases, you can still return the blades for a refund or exchange.
Some blades may be slightly shorter or longer or shorter than your original factory wipers, this won’t affect performance.

We back our wipers at Wipers Direct. This is why we offer all of our customers a 1 Year Warranty. The details of this warranty are listed below. Please review this information and our Terms & Conditions before proceeding to make a warranty claim.
What is covered
Only windscreen wipers from our store are covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover any “accessories” or “additives” listed on our site
What is not covered
The warranty will not cover damage to the wiper blades from incorrect installation or installing the wipers on the incorrect vehicle.
We are not liable for any damage to a vehicle or injury to a person related to the installation or use of the products purchased from Wipers Direct. An example of this would be windscreen damage to a vehicle from use.
Who can claim
The warranty only extends to the original purchaser of the product from our site. The warranty is not transferable to additional or new owners of your vehicle.
How long is the warranty period
The warranty period starts from the date and time the order was placed via our website and lasts a total of 365 days from this date.
How to claim
Please contact us and outline the issue you are having with the product. We require proof of purchase and evidence of the product defect (during the warranty period).
Replacement or refund
Depending on our stock levels, product availability and circumstance, we will either provide you with a refund (excluding original postage costs) or a replacement product.
