By shopping with Wipers Direct, your new set of windscreen wipers will be sent to you as quickly as possible. All parcels are sent with tracking, so you’ll be updated on your order’s progress every step of the way.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE on all Australian orders.
If you’d like your order to arrive faster, Express Delivery is available at checkout for an additional $7.95. We also offer Priority Delivery for an additional $2.95, which means your order is dispatched ahead of the standard queue.
When will my wipers be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12pm are sent the same business day (during non-peak periods). Orders placed after 12pm are sent the next business day. Dispatch times are a best-case estimate rather than a guarantee, as warehouse demand can vary. We aim to get every order out as quickly as possible.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout. As a guide:
- FREE Delivery: 3-7 business days
- Priority Delivery: 2-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days*
Priority Delivery ensures your order is dispatched first, ahead of standard queue processing. This is particularly useful during peak periods when order volumes are high. We’ll also use a priority courier service where available.
These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on your location and the time of year, with delays more likely during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year. Wipers Direct is not responsible for delivery time estimates. These are provided by our courier partners, and we have no control over delivery times once an order has been dispatched.
If you’re in a regional area, please allow an extra 3-5 business days for FREE Delivery, or 1-2 business days for Express Delivery.
*Express delivery times vary by state. Customers in WA, NT or Far North Queensland should allow an additional 1-2 days.
Who do you deliver with?
We use a combination of trusted delivery partners depending on your location, including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex and StarTrack. Your courier partner is assigned based on the delivery method selected at checkout. All Express Delivery orders are sent with Australia Post Express.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave by default, to ensure fast and efficient delivery across Australia. As our wiper blade kits are low-value items, most customers prefer ATL to avoid missed deliveries and delays. If your parcel doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
We don’t currently offer collection as we use a 3PL warehouse that does not have pickup facilities. If you need your order quickly, we recommend selecting Express Delivery at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
If you need a product sent overseas, contact us and we can provide an international delivery quote.
My order hasn’t arrived
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll investigate. If your order is lost or damaged, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement. See our Returns page for more information.
How are your products packaged?
Our windscreen wipers are sent in a durable, recyclable box designed to resist flexing, so your wipers arrive in perfect condition. Other accessories are sent in a padded mailer, box or satchel depending on size.
