I placed an order but can’t see my order under My Account?
This could mean you did not login before placing your order. Please Contact Us with your name and order number (will be in your inbox) and we will assist.
Yes, you can checkout as a guest via our website. You do not need to create a customer account to purchase. However, we do recommend you create an account so you can review your past order information easily.
Please visit My Account, you can update your shipping and billing address from this menu. If you have just placed your order, please reach out to our customer support team to update your address.
Returns
Yes, you can return your product for any reason within 90 days (from order date). We offer a 90 Day Test Drive on all of our wiper products. You just need to reach out to our customer support team to assist. Please view our Returns page for more details.
Please view the Returns for more information. Our returns process is quick and easy and you will receive a refund once the return has been received and checked by our warehouse.
Delivery
Delivery is FREE with our regular delivery option in Australia. We also offer an additional paid Express Post option if you want your order quickly.
Depending on which option you selected on checkout, delivery will take:
Regular Delivery:Â 2-7 business days
Priority Delivery:Â 2-6 business days
Express Delivery:Â 1-2 business days
These delivery times are only an estimate and delivery time depends on your location and the time of year. During peak periods such as Christmas & New Years, your order may take a little longer to arrive.
If you’re located in a regional zone, please add an extra 2-3 business days to the Regular Delivery option and 1-2 business days to the Express Delivery option.
We deliver using a combination of Australia Post and other Australian courier partners for FREE delivery and Express services.
We currently deliver all over Australia. If you are looking at purchasing internationally, please Contact Us and we will try our best to deliver to your location.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer customer pickup. However, you’ll find our delivery FREE and nice and quick.
Payment
We have a wide range of safe and secure payment options available. We offer PayPal, Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards (secured by Stripe) and Afterpay!
We only offer the safest online payment methods at Wipers Direct. Our website is secured by ‘Let’s Encrypt’ and we do not keep any credit or debit cards on file.
Unfortunately we do not offer direct bank transfer, however you can checkout using a PayPal eCheque which works in a similar way to a bank transfer.
Yes, we offer payment via Afterpay, meaning you can pay for your order over time. With Afterpay you receive your order immediately and there is zero interest (late fees apply).
Most payment methods are instant, however PayPal eCheque can take a few days to clear into our account. Orders will not be dispatched until we have received payment in full.
Warranty
We offer a 1 Year Warranty on all wiper blades. Please see Warranty for more details.
Yes, we offer a fitment guarantee on all windscreen wipers purchased on our store. You must ensure that you select the correct vehicle before you checkout.
