If you order before 12pm AEST, chances are your order will be sent the same business day (during non-peak time). If you order after 12pm your order will be dispatched next business day.

Depending on which option you selected on checkout, delivery will take:

• Free Delivery: 3-7 business days
• Priority Delivery: 2-6 business days
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

These delivery times are only an estimate and delivery time depends on your location and the time of year. During peak periods such as Christmas & New Years, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

If you’re located in a regional zone, please add an extra 2-5 business days to the Regular Delivery option and 1-2 business days to the Express Delivery option.

All orders are sent with reliable tracking via SMS, App and Email.

If your order does not fit your vehicle, not to worry! We have put a great deal of time and effort ensuring that our windscreen wipers will fit the vehicle specified. If you have purchased a set of windscreen wipers for your vehicle and they do not fit, we will send you out a replacement set free of charge (and we will pay for the old pair to be returned back via regular post).

What does the fitment guarantee cover

The fitment guarantee will cover you if you have selected your vehicle correctly from our store and the windscreen wiper blades do not fit as they should. Meaning, the wipers are contacting your window frame or the connector isn’t matching the connector on your vehicle.

What does the fitment guarantee not cover

The fitment guarantee will not cover an incorrect selection from our compatibility finder or search. We are unfortunately not able to cover this and will require you to send the blades back to us for a refund or a replacement.

Some of our blades may be slightly shorter or longer than the factory blades on your vehicle. This is due to a number of reasons however; this will not cause any issues with your wipers or functionality.

Our fitment guarantee does not cover personally or grey imported vehicles into Australia. It only covers vehicles that have been specifically designed for sale in Australia.

What to do if your wiper does not fit

Please contact us via the contact form and include your full vehicle make, model, year and body type. We’ll most likely ask for a photo of the wipers on your vehicle and the wipers we sent you. Once confirmed, we will process a replacement for you.

What is covered

Only windscreen wipers from our store are covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover any “accessories” or “additives” listed on our site

Replacement or refund

Depending on our stock levels, product availability and circumstance, we will either provide you with a refund (excluding original postage costs) or a replacement product.

No, our high-performance exact fit wiper blades will not void your car warranty. You’re free to swap and change your wiper blades as often as you like without affecting your vehicle’s warranty.

For added peace of mind, you can always keep your original blades and re-install them if needed.

Silicone wiper blades or windscreen wiper blades with a “waterproof coating” may work well in some countries, but they simply don’t last in Australia. There’s a reason why all major car manufacturers avoid using silicone-infused wiper blades from the factory.

When it comes to long term performance, silicone wiper blades are notorious for smearing and leaving a haze across your windscreen.

Additionally, the durability of silicone wiper blades is far inferior to that of natural rubber replacement blades. In the Australian climate, silicone or hydrophobic wiper blades just don’t stand the test of time.

When searching for new windscreen wipers in Australia, opt for natural rubber blades. Better yet, choose ones infused with Teflon for superior all-season performance under the harsh Aussie sun.
