    General Information

    What if a replacement wiper doesn’t fit?

    We have put a great deal of time and effort ensuring that our windscreen wipers will fit the vehicle specified. If you have purchased a set of windscreen wipers for your vehicle and they do not fit, we will send you out a replacement set free of charge (we will pay for the old pair to be returned back via regular post).

    What does the fitment guarantee cover

    The fitment guarantee will cover you if you have selected your vehicle correctly from our store and the windscreen wiper blades do not fit as they should. Meaning, the wipers are contacting your window frame or the connector isn’t matching the connector on your vehicle.

    What does the fitment guarantee not cover

    The fitment guarantee will not cover an incorrect selection from our compatibility finder or search. We are unfortunately not able to cover this and will require you to send the blades back to us for a refund or a replacement.

    Some of our blades may be slightly shorter or longer than the factory blades on your vehicle. This is due to a number of reasons however, this will not cause any issues with your wipers or functionality.

    Our fitment guarantee does not cover personally imported vehicles into Australia. It only covers vehicles that have been specifically designed for sale in Australia.

    What to do if your wiper does not fit

    Please contact us via the contact form below and include your full vehicle make, model, year and body type. We’ll most likely ask for a photo of the wipers on your vehicle and the wipers we sent you. Once confirmed, we will process a replacement for you.
